Wild Life is the ultimate throwdown of the wonderful world of mixed fermentation, where multiple types of yeast and bacteria work together symbiotically to produce beers of the sour, funky, and/or tart variety. Across two levels we'll be transforming our little Bloodhound Bar into a showcase of those little living microbes that work so hard at giving us the joy of beer! Think a sour ale co-fermented on wine grapes inside of oak barrels, or how about a barrel-fermented farmhouse ale rested on blueberries & apple skins. Furthermore, we are inviting some very amazing people from the beer world to share some of their wisdom gained through mixed fermentation, as well as bring along tasty treats. Get psyched to taste your way through one of the most diverse and interesting tap line-ups we've ever had the pleasure of procuring. And that's saying something!
