- All Events included in the Brewsvegas program must emphasise & support the responsible consumption & service of alcohol.
- All Events included in the Brewsvegas program must seek to promote, engage in & align with the Brewsvegas Charter as outlined in the Brewsvegas 2018 Registration Document.
- All details for events must be final on Event Submission, any changes to events following the deadline will incur a $50 Administration fee.
- Following November 28th, any cancellations will not be refunded the cost of event registration.
- Cancellations without sufficient notice to Brewsvegas or guests will jeopardise your involvement in further Brewsvegas Programs.
- Your event will be categorised at the discretion on the Brewsvegas Committee in to one, of the following categories – Beer loves Food, Beer loves Culture, Beer loves Passion, Beer loves Everyone.
Logos submitted for your venue must meet the following specifications:
- A vector logo on transparent background in an EPS or AI file format
Images submitted for your venue must meet the following specifications:
- A large high quality JPG, PNG, or TIFF file format
- A minimum of 72 DPI image quality
Ticketed Events ^
Ticketed Events must use an online ticketing system. This is to ensure a consistent and ideal experience for all brewsvegas participants.
